Delivery Policy

- We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to deliver a skip off road. 
- Notice required in following boroughs for skip on road: Croydon (24 hours), Lambeth and Merton (5 working days), Southwark (3 working days), Sutton (24 hours), Bromley (3 working days). 
- We will do our best to deliver the skip at the time requested but cannot accept responsibility for lateness due to unforeseen circumstances

Refund and Cancellation Policy

- We will refund a cancelled skip in full providing at least 24 hours notice is provided.  We reserve the right to charge for a Wasted Journey should our driver arrive at the delivery address but the skip is turned away.
- If an On Road Permit is arranged by us on your behalf, the Local Authority will not refund this fee and you will still be liable for payment.

Currency of Transactions accepted 

- All prices are in £ sterling.  All major Credit & Debit cards accepted.
